Bill Payment Options
There are several ways that you can pay your PCWA water bill. Our electronic and automated options are secure, free and easy to use!
Online
Log in today to create your username and password.
Click here to Pay Online with credit card or electronic check only. Payments made prior to 3:00pm will be posted in one business day.
Automated Phone System
Call (530) 823-4850 option #1 to use our automated phone system to pay with a credit card between hours 4:00am and 11:00pm, 7 days a week. Payments made prior to 9:00pm will be processed the next business day.
In Person at PCWA's Business Center
You can pay your bill in person with cash, check or money order at the PCWA Business Center at 144 Ferguson Road, Auburn. Our Business Center Lobby is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. An after hours night lock box is available for payments (checks or money orders only). Payments received after 8:00am are processed the next business day.

Refund Policy
After applying deposits & credit balances to any amounts owed by a customer, the Agency refunds remaining credit balances via an Agency check issued to the name and mailing address on the final account, usually within 30 days of the final statement.
